The Standout Fashion Moments from the Golden Globes

Remixed tuxes, monochrome galore and unique silhouettes stole the show.

And just like that, it’s the 2026 Golden Globes rushing in to clear away the post-holiday blahs. Red carpet season officially kicks into high gear, and with so many fashion houses switching up their creative directors last year, the looks feel fresher and more daring this time around. Here, the ones that left a lasting impression.

Chase Infiniti

The breakout Hollywood It girl and star of One Battle After Another just became Louis Vuitton’s latest ambassador. So it’s no surprise that Chase Infiniti turned up at the Golden Globes in a custom LV look consisting of a mirrored bodice fitted over a draping black velvet skirt.

We can’t decide if this shimmering Louis Vuitton was more stunning in motion or standing still. One thing is certain: the Norwegian actress is a style star to watch.

Hudson Williams

The Heated Rivalry heartthrob rocked an undone take on the tuxedo (courtesy of Armani) with a Bulgari necklace serving as the perfect finishing touch.

Fellow Heated Rivalry darling, Connor Storrie, went for a Saint Laurent tux—worn with a necktie instead of the traditional bowtie. It just works. The pin on his lapel? That would be the Bird on a Rock brooch by Tiffany & Co.

Rose Byrne

On a night that was dominated by black and white looks, this saturated green Chanel gown (which some likened to Keira Knightley’s famous green dress from Atonement) was a standout.

Miley Cyrus

Saint Laurent had a pretty big night at the Golden Globes, with Miley rocking a long-sleeve, sequinned dress with dramatic shoulders. The sunglasses take the look from meh to memorable.

Charli XCX

Charli XCX, who created the soundtrack for the upcoming, much anticipated, Wuthering Heights remake also wore Saint Laurent, this time a feathered bodice and white column skirt.

Selena Gomez has found her red-carpet style groove. This feathered Chanel (paired with perfect retro glam) is dramatic, sophisticated and still fun.

Tessa Thompson

Tessa Thompson’s greenish gold sequin dress is custom Balenciaga. The silhouette is classic, but the unusual tone of the sparkles lend it a modern edge.

Jenna Ortega

We love when celebrities opt for off-the-beaten-path designers, as Jenna Ortega did with this witchy fringe dress by Dilara Findikoglu.

The best actress nominee for Song Sung Blue wore a shimmery Armani Privé dress. Timeless.

Always one of the best-dressed men on any red carpet, Colman Domingo’s Valentino suit features sparkling embroidery.

The backless, deep teal Tom Ford gown edged in rhinestones was sheer perfection.

Audrey Nuna

For a moment, Audrey Nuna’s theatrical Thom Browne look made the Golden Globes feel like the Met Gala.

The oversized lapel takes an otherwise standard black suit to high-fashion territory.

The Marty Supreme star’s choice of trousers paired with a feathery top and opera gloves feels refreshing.

She manages to make a pretty classic dress feel cool and unfussy.

The best supporting actress winner’s black Schiaparelli gown drapes like a dream.

Emma Stone

When Emma Stone leans into minimalism and modernity in her red-carpet style, it really works (who remembers her peach-hued Calvin Klein dress from the 2011 Golden Globes?) and this butter-yellow Louis Vuitton two-piece set is further proof.
