Last night was proof that the best cure for cold weather is a little vodka and a lot of Ryan Reynolds. And so the cast and crew of last night’s Canadian premiere of The Voices, migrated to Weslodge for the films’ post-premiere cocktail party presented by Grey Goose and Remstar Films to imbibe and pretend it’s still summer.
Star Anna Kendrick arrived in the same head-to-toe Miu Miu look she wore on the red carpet. Her pink and purple floral shirt had us seriously reconsidering our position on patterned velour (words we never thought we’d say). With a simple black mini skirt and bedazzled platform sandals, the outfit was a total win. The star was seen chatting with personality Jian Ghomeshi and director Marjane Satrapi who, we might add, was sporting an envy-inducing perfect red lip.
Talk of the night, though, centered on star Ryan Reynolds’ divine new beard. Paired with his blue shawl collar suit, an unbuttoned white shirt, and black frames, the ensemble had Reynolds looking straight out of Pitti Uomo. What more could a girl ask for? Well, if we’re being honest maybe Blake Lively…
