With David Cronenberg‘s latest eery satire Maps to the Stars having already generated buzz at Cannes earlier this summer, its TIFF 2014 debut was much-anticipated. And with such an A-list stacked cast hitting the red carpet (complete with Rpatz and his legions of screaming fans) for last night’s premiere, it surely lived up to expectations.

Joining his co-stars John Cusack and Evan Bird on the red carpet, Robert Pattinson arrived in Toronto after seven days of anticipation. Looking dashing (per usual) in a head-to-toe Gucci ensemble, he teamed his navy blue suit with a navy evening shirt and brow leather lace-ups for the premiere. Complete with his oh-so-famous tousled locks looking like he woke up this, we can see why fans of all ages screamed upon his arrival.

While Olivia Williams dressed in red, up and coming star and frequent Cronenberg collaborator Sarah Gadon worked one of our favourite Fall 2014 trends last night in a Fall 2014 Antonio Marras blue silk dress. Keeping the accessories minimal, she wore pointed-toe nude pumps, a tortoiseshell clutch and an elegant watch by Jaeger Le-Coutre. And while the Toronto-based actress did make heads turn, no one steals the spotlight quite like Julianne Moore, who showed up in a breathtaking black Grecian-inspred gown by Giambattista Valli Couture. After appearing in two very different, but equally as stunning, looks at the Still Alice premiere, Moore kept things interesting, as only a red carpet veteran of her calibre can.
