One year after staking its claim as Toronto’s most sought-after MediterrAsian dining destination, Queens Harbour is marking a milestone moment. Nestled along the city’s Harbourfront, the sprawling waterfront restaurant has become a fixture of the social scene, drawing guests with its blend of Japanese precision and Mediterranean soul, all set against some of the city’s most coveted lakefront views.

Since opening, access to the venue’s experiential programming has remained tightly controlled, with events reserved for an exclusive guest list. Now, after a year of building buzz behind closed doors, Queens Harbour is inviting the city in. On July 9, the restaurant will debut DEEP SEA Series 1, the first instalment of an immersive new event concept that opens Queens Harbour to the public for the very first time.

A destination already known for pushing beyond the boundaries of traditional dining, the massive restaurant (23,000 square feet) has built its reputation on immersive culinary experiences. DEEP SEA reimagines how guests interact with food, drink and entertainment through an evolving series of concepts. From unexpected presentations to exclusive menu creations and theatrical moments woven throughout the evening, each edition promises a different experience. The inaugural event on July 9 serves as the official unveiling of the series, offering guests a first glimpse into the world Queens Harbour is creating. Priced at $200, the all-inclusive evening features unlimited food and cocktails, live yakitori grilling stations, dedicated caviar service, hidden speakeasies and a lineup of surprises designed to unfold throughout the night.

To launch the series, DEEP SEA Series 1 is bringing together an international lineup of talent, setting the soundtrack for an evening that feels worlds away from Toronto. UK-based melodic house duo HotLap and Miami electronic DJ Amal Nemer will headline the night, joined by a roster of additional artists. Drawing inspiration from some of the world’s most influential nightlife destinations, the experience will see the venue’s open-air terrace (the largest retractable restaurant roof in Canada) and mezzanine transformed into a high-energy setting where music, dining and design converge long after sunset.

If Series 1 is any indication, DEEP SEA is set to become one of Toronto’s most coveted tickets. Equal parts culinary experience, music destination and summer core memory in the marking, it’s a bold new expression of hospitality. One designed to linger long after dessert.
