Word: Chrismukkwanzaa
Usage: “What are you doing for Chrismukkwanzaa this year?”
Definition: An unholy hybrid of three holidays.

You should know it because: Ninety-eight and a half out of 100 people in North America (NB: I made this up) are currently celebrating either Christmas, Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa. Why not roll all three into one great big festive word? Chrismukkwanzaa! It’s the torducken of words. It’s also a funny (yeah, I do say so myself) way to break up the politically correct tension surrounding this not-necessarily-Christmas season, and it’s even funnier to say on repeat. Try it. And have a very merry one yourself.
