Michelle Obama Just Made Her Husband a Valentine’s Day Mixed Tape (Sort Of)

Barack Obama’s Spotify playlists over the years have proven he’s pretty much the coolest dad around. Sure, there’s some U2, yeah there’s a little Bruce Springsteen… but there’s also some Jay-Z mixed in with a splash of Kendrick Lamar, a dose of Daniel Caesar, and of course, a generous amount of Beyoncé.

But this time the Spotify playlist everyone is frantically downloading is curated by Michelle Obama. In honour of Valentine’s Day, the former First Lady shared an image of the couple on her Instagram, along with this message: “Happy #ValentinesDay to my one and only, @BarackObama. To celebrate the occasion, I’m dedicating a little Valentine’s Day playlist to you!”

Titled Forever Mine, the playlist ranges from the classic (Stand By Me by Ben E. King, Endless Love by Diana Ross) to the contemporary (Shape of You by Ed Sheeran, LOVE by Kendrick Lamar ft. Zacari). There’s obviously an Adele track in there (Make You Feel My Love), and even some Rihanna (We Found Love). And could any V-Day playlist be complete without John Legend’s All of Me?
