Accessorizing:

“I wear jewellery most days, and I wanted to incorporate that into the collection. So we did a cute little lip-print clutch with a detachable chain that turns into a diamond necklace. It’s a secret surprise of a versatile accessory.”

Tabletop:

“I have this vintage set of 1930s china that I love to use at Christmas. It’s gold and decorated in a glamorous chinoiserie motif. I think people like things that are a bit sparkly and fun during the holidays.”

Decorating:

“I like to cut fresh branches of berries and display them in a vase because they smell nice.”

Atmosphere:

“During the holidays, I love to burn a pine-scented candle by Diptyque—it makes your whole house smell like Christmas. I grew up in the mountains, so I just love that beautiful smell of pines and nature.”

Gift Giving:

“I used to buy a ton of Christmas presents at Banana Republic, so I was quite excited about doing gifting for this collection—it was sort of my way of simplifying my own holiday shopping. I especially love the cashmere blanket, which is always such a great gift.”

Tree-Trimming:

“I like to have a fresh Christmas tree because it smells so lovely. I don’t put a lot of decorations on it, just lights and these really old vintage mercury glass ornaments
that I’ve been collecting since I was little.”

What to Wear:

“I’m quite obsessed with the jackets from the collection. They are spectacular and very glamorous. I love things that are beautifully embellished but also comfortable, so you can wear them at the office and then go out at night.”

Finishing Touches:

“My signature flower is an Amnesia rose, but there are beautiful things that are in season only during the holidays. I love amaryllis: They are spectacular, super bright red and gorgeous at Christmas time.”
