British royalty (both literally and figuratively) was out in full force last night at the London Palladium for the Royal Variety Performance, where pop mainstays like Ed Sheeran and Demi Lovato performed to a crowd including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. While the Royal family has traditionally attended the event, an annual tradition dating back as far as 1912, last night was the first visit for Kate Middleton, who wowed the crowd with a newly visible 16-week baby bump.
