At yesterday’s Wimbledon final, we were treated to both Middleton sisters sitting courtside in the royal box not only wearing respectively amazing outfits, but also wearing shades AND making some hilarious mid-game facial expressions (Like this one, for example). We rarely see the Duchess donning shades, which could either be because it’s not according to Royal Protocol, or more likely because London is rarely sunny. As such, it’s being reported that the Givenchy pair she sported mid-game actually belong to Pippa! Go figure.

Kate recycled another of her Canadian visit items, an off-white Joseph sleeveless dress worn last year in P.E.I., and paired it with the cream tweed blazer that she wore to last year’s Epsom Derby, also by Joseph. The Diane Von Furstenberg clutch is what really makes the outfit pop, especially its surrealistic tree stump closure. Kate also wore her Kiki McDonough citrine drop earrings, as well as two necklaces: one, a gold acorn pendant designed by Kristin Magnusson, and the other, a simple chain necklace. As for Pippa, who if you ask us really stole the show, her beautiful blue peplum dress is made by Project D and features miniature birds throughout.

Oh, and as for the actual game? Anna Wintour favourite Roger Federer won the tournament, and the editrix was there to cheer him on. Posh, Becks and Jude Law were there too, but we’re not sure if they were routing for Federer, or fellow Brit Andy Murray.
