That drink is deemed “The Iris Apfel” in a new book titled Free the Tipple: Kickass Cocktails Inspired by Iconic Women by Vancouver writer Jennifer Croll and New York artist Kelly Shami.

Among the 60 featured bevvies are one for designer Rei Kawakubo that turns black from activated charcoal and another that’s tinged Handmaid’s robe ruby (thanks to pomegranate juice) for Margaret Atwood. But the best way to say bye to summer is undoubtedly with spiked lemonade à la Beyoncé.
