Watch The Newly Released Music Video From Disney’s Moana

Judging by the Golden Globe 2017 nominations (see the full list here), Disney’s Moana is poised to become the next Frozen. This CG-animated film about the adventures of a spirited teen daughter of a chief in a Polynesian tribe nabbed two noms: Best Original Song, motion picture category and Best Motion Picture, animated category.

Like Frozen, this kiddie (and adult!) movie-of-the-moment has a catchy soundtrack (Hamilton’s mega star Lin-Manuel Miranda is the primary songwriter) that gets in your head—and stays there, on repeat for days. Moana’s recently nominated song “How Far I’ll Go” is the new “Let It Go.” Performed by the film’s 16-year-old breakout star Auli’i Cravalho, this tune is quickly becoming the song of the season. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself mindlessly humming it at the grocery store checkout. Watch the newly released full music video of the song below.
