On a sunlit May afternoon, Toronto’s seasoned fashion veterans gathered at Cresta for Fashion Group International’s highly anticipated annual Fashion Group International Mentor Dinner. With cocktails in-hand and a room teeming with familiar faces, everyone was delighted to catch up with old friends.

As the evening commenced, guests were invited to an inspiring panel discussion featuring FASHION Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief, Bernadette Morra; Harry Rosen’s Executive Chairman, Harry Rosen; fashion icons, Jeanne Beker and Barbara Atkin; NKPR founder, Natasha Koifman; Hudson’s Bay Company’s Senior Vice-President and Fashion Director, Suzanne Timmins; Greta Constantine’s Stephen Wong, The Globe and Mail’s Fashion Editor, Odessa Paloma Parker; Saks Fifth Avenue Canada’s Director of Marketing, Shayne Stephens; and Snap by Groupon’s Co-founder, Michele Romanow - each imparting their vast experiences and unique expertise to a crowd eager to learn. To conclude the soirée, guests gathered for an intimate gourmet dinner where they dined with their mentor of choice. With minds inspired and bellies full, each table was beaming with smiles, stimulating conversations, and warm laughter.
