All the Beauty Products That Went Viral in 2025

And whether we’re keeping them in our rotation for 2026.

And just like that, we’ve arrived at the end of yet another year. 2025 had no shortage of viral moments (we’ll never forget Coldplaygate, all the celebrity engagements and the absolute world domination of Labubus), nor trendy beauty products that popped up everywhere from TikTok to Instagram. Try enough social-media-recommended launches, though, and you’ll soon learn that not every hyped-up product is worth the buzz it gets. Sometimes, it takes a little trial and error to sift through the ones that actually deserve the praise—and the ones that rely on shock value or controversy.

As we begin reworking our beauty routines for the new year, there’s no time like the present to assess which viral beauty launches still belong in our product lineup come 2026. Consider this breakdown the beauty version of your Spotify Wrapped report: From Rhode’s contouring lip liners to Cécred’s miraculous hair serum, scroll on to find out which products are making the cut.

Rhode Lip Shape

The buzz: If there’s one beauty mogul who knows how to build anticipation for an upcoming drop, it’s Hailey Bieber. The Rhode founder set the beauty community into a frenzy when she teased the Peptide Lip Shape at the end of 2024 before its official launch in January. When all was revealed, what intrigued the masses was its claim to be more of a “lip contour” than a traditional lip liner. With 11 natural shades to choose from, there was truly something for everyone to try.

The verdict: If you love to apply your lip liners on-the-fly for an effortless look—as opposed to an ultra-precise pout—you’ll want to stock up on these volumizing liners ahead of 2026, for sure.

Kylie Cosmetics Skin Tint Blurring Elixir

The buzz: Now that we’ve parted ways with the cakey, super-matte foundations of yesteryear, barely detectable skin tints that lay down a flawless base have been all the rage. Case in point: The internet’s obsession with the Kylie Cosmetics Skin Tint Blurring Elixir. Infused with hyaluronic acid to help smooth and hydrate the skin, one search for this fluid foundation brings up endless rave reviews on TikTok.

The verdict: She’s a keeper!

Biodance Bio Collagen-Real Deep Mask

The buzz: The business of K-Beauty is booming, and beauty lovers couldn’t seem to get enough of Biodance’s Bio Collagen-Real Deep Mask in 2025. Promising shrunken pores, deep hydration and an overall glass-like complexion overnight, it’s the skincare product that does all the work while you rest.

The verdict: This one’s not going anywhere in 2026. In fact, we’ll be working some of the brand’s other masks into our routines, too.

La Bonne Brosse Brush

The buzz: The French beauty crowd have been loving La Bonne Brosse for years, but it took a beat for the brand’s adorably chic brushes to go mainstream. Not only do they make a fabulous addition to any vanity, but these French-made brushes are crafted with nylon and keratin-infused boar bristles that promote scalp circulation, hair growth and shininess.

The verdict: There’s no easy way to slice it: these brushes are expensive. However, if you’re willing to save up and splurge on a quality brush you’ll cherish forever, you won’t regret it.

One/Size by Patrick Starrr On ‘Til Dawn Glitter Waterproof Setting Spray

one/size glitter spray

The buzz: This year, the One/Size On ‘Til Dawn Glitter Waterproof Setting Spray had all our favourite makeup influencers glistening like Cullen vampires. In addition to controlling oil, tightening pores and locking makeup in place for up to 16 hours, it disperses micro-sized bits of rainbow glitter for a sparkly finish.

The verdict: In theory, being the sparkliest person in the room sounds enticing, but we’ll be swapping this out for something more wearable in the new year.

Cécred Restoring Hair & Edge Drops

The buzz: Celebrity beauty brands are always making headlines—but the ones backed by science and real results are what really get beauty enthusiasts talking. Cécred dropped these Restoring Hair & Edge Drops in 2024, and now that enough time has passed for before-and-after reviews to come rolling in, they’ve reached viral status. Designed for daily use, these peptide-packed drops have delivered on thicker, fuller and healthier hair of all types and textures.

The verdict: Shoutout to Beyoncé, this miracle-working serum gets the green light (if you know, you know) for 2026.

Tower 28 GetSet Blur + Set Matte Powder Blush

The buzz: From the SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray to the ShineOn Jelly Lip Gloss, it seems like everything Tower 28 makes goes viral. In 2025, influencers using the brand’s GetSet Blur + Set Matte Powder Blush flooded our social media feeds. Launched in punchy shades like “Malibu Cooler” and “Feliz Fresca,” this innovative drop is the first-ever setting blush.

The verdict: We bet anyone who likes to top their cream blushes off with a powder (or prefers a soft matte finish) will still find themselves reaching for this launch next year.

Phlur Golden Rule Eau de Parfum

The buzz: When Phlur’s Golden Rule Eau de Parfum was unveiled at the top of 2025, some beauty experts predicted that it’d be one of the most sought-after scents of the year, and they were right. Fragranceheads were in constant pursuit of this often sold-out mandarin, jasmine blossom, coconut milk and vanilla cream scent.

The verdict: Keep this perfume within reach for the warmer months ahead—its classic blend of white flowers and vanilla give it a timeless appeal that’ll never not smell good.
