Clear out your beauty clutter for a good cause: Trade Secrets and Rowenta seek donations for women in need

All women deserve to look good and feel pretty, which is why the Give and Take program from Trade Secrets has us grinning from ear to ear. Designed to support women in need, Give and Take asks customers to donate gently used hair tools, which are in turn given to three women’s shelters across the GTA: Nellie’s, Yellow Brick House and Rosalie Hall.

This year marks the 7th annual Give and Take campaign and to ensure success Rowenta Beauty has teamed up with Trade Secrets to sweeten the deal. When you donate a used hair tool you’ll receive 50 per cent off the purchase of a new Rowenta Beauty hair tool. (Just to give an idea of the program’s impact, since its inception Give and Take has donated over 30,000 used tools to women across Canada.)

So, if you live and swear by your hair straightener or curling iron, now’s the time to let someone else experience its magic. Just stop by your nearest Trade Secrets or Glamour Secrets location and drop off your gently used hair tools before September 27.
