Remember the insane "100 layers of" makeup tutorials we talked about earlier this summer? Well, it seems the all-over highlighter trend has caught on, with #highlighterchallenge taking over our Instagram feeds this week. The challenge is simple (well, not in execution)---use only highlighter to apply a full face of makeup. Sounds shiny, right? It is. It really is.
The results are, obviously, effing insane and mesmerizing and horrifying, all at the same damn time.
