After testing out Instagram trends like it’s our job (jk, it actually is), you would think we’ve run out of prime real estate on our faces to apply makeup to, right? Wrong. Rainbow eyebrows are the latest beauty trend to take over Instagram, and we’re actually into it. Not only is it a surefire way to spice up your beauty routine, but it’s user-friendly, meaning that whether your brows are neatly groomed, feathered-to-perfection, or absolutely non-existent, this is one trend that you can play around with. If you’re still not convinced, the look has even been endorsed by eyebrow expert Kristie Streicher, who tends to the brows of Adele, Sarah Paulson, Amanda Peet and the Haim sisters.

There are a few ways to get the look. First, you can take to the permanent route and dye them. There are also several coloured eyebrow gels on the market that you can opt for, like Shu Uemura’s Eyebrow Manicure. Or, you can simply utilize some bright eyeshadows you have laying around that you never use. For this method, you’ll need to apply a product that will help the eyeshadow adhere onto your brows (try NYX’s Jumbo Eye Pencil or a M.A.C Paint Pot).
