You just turned 40. What was that like?
“It was a big deal for me in the sense that I was really excited about it. I looked forward to it.”

Why was that?
“Because every day on this planet is a blessing. While everybody’s saying, ‘Oh my God, I’m turning 30, I’m turning 40, I’m turning 50,’ there are people who never get to see those ages. So, for me, I’m fortunate and excited about living life to the fullest, as long as I’m here.”

Do you have an age mentor?
“I think I want to be in the Jamie Lee Curtis school where I don’t worry about having plastic surgery all the time and dying my hair. I want to age naturally. Of course I want to maintain my body and make sure everything looks as good as it can for as long as it can, but I don’t want to obsess about it to the point where I want to chop and cut and suck everything out. I want to maintain what I have, but it all falls in line when you take care of your mind, body and spirit, together.”
