While fall is the time to experiment with darker hues, there’s something refreshing about a bright pink lip that we can’t really argue with. Case in point? Our fave celebs have been rocking the look year round, with Olivia Munn most recently pairing her bright pink lips with a Black Swan-inspired LBD and bun at the American Ballet Theatre. Also notorious for sporting the candy-coloured shade no matter the season, are statement lip veterans Nicki Minaj and Jennifer Lopez, both of which wear the trend flawlessly.
Celebrities who we commend for dabbling in the lip trend include Hailee Steinfeld, who brightened up a neutral-coloured shift dress with a sweet magenta shade, and January Jones, who kept the look fresh by pairing it with an easy top-knot. Other stars who pull the look off effortlessly are Lily Collins and Amanda Seyfried—both of which were spotted wearing a bright fuchsia—as well as Solange Knowles, who opted for a frosted pink shade to go with her smoky eye.
We also can’t forget to mention Reese Witherspoon who, whether she is playing Elle Woods or not, has taught us that whoever said orange was the new pink was seriously disturbed. Lastly, we’ve got to give a shout out to Emma Stone, who made us (and probably Andrew Garfield) swoon when she paired her ombre strands with a carnation pink pout this summer.
