Well, this is the best. Paolo Ballesteros is an actor, TV host and self-taught makeup artist based in the Philippines, and he’s our latest Instagram obsession. Ballesteros uses wigs and seriously impressive makeup skills to transform himself into A-list stars, like Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift, Cher, Ariana Grande and more. (His Jennifer Lopez transformation is insane.)
With no formal training in makeup, he was inspired by YouTube makeup tutorials and wanted to give the transformation game a shot. Luckily for us (and you!), he turned out to be incredible at it.
