If the abundance of seasonal lattes, unnecessary layers (it’s still relatively warm, people), and a complete lack of humidity-induced hair weren’t enough of a tell, let me make it perfectly clear: fall has arrived, summer is over, and we all feel very alive.
As we should. A new season calls for new beauty trends. But this year, they’re not “new,” per se. They’re just more YOLO than ever. Where we once thought to swap our bright lipstick for plum every fall, and ditch our highlighter for matte foundation, the people we know, love, and trust the most (famous people) are flipping and reversing our tried and true fall beauty rules.
So with that in mind, here are five new rules of fall beauty, according to our friends (celebrities).
