Met Gala 2016: The most epic beauty moments on the red carpet

When we found out that this year’s Met Gala theme was Manus x Machina, our minds immediately went to hair and makeup. We predicted silver shadow, hair accessories and dark lipstick. And as you probably saw last night unless you avoided the internet entirely, we were spot on.
From Taylor Swift‘s dark lip to Katy Perry‘s bleached brows to Rita Ora gorgeous hair appliqués, there really was no shortage of great beauty on the 2016 Met Gala red carpet. And let’s not forget all the stunning luminous, almost otherworldly skin we saw, most notably Kendall Jenner‘s blinding glow.
On the mani side, we have to give major shout outs to Gigi Hadid, who came through with a $2000 manicure (three crystals under each nail and real chrome on top!).
