This Makeup Artist’s Work is Raising Awareness About Her Skin Condition

By now, thanks to model Winnie Harlow‘s outspokenness and honesty about her skin condition, you’ve probably heard of vitiligo, the skin condition that causes skin to lose pigment in certain areas.

Now, 25-year-old makeup artist Lauren Elyse is raising awareness about the condition using social media. Her Instagram account, which has almost 300,000 followers, features daily makeup looks from the Chicago-based artist, which highlight her vitiligo, rather than cover it up.

The skin around Elyse’s eyes is affected, so you better believe she highlights it by serving some killer eyeshadow looks.
