Light-Up Tattoos Are Going to Be A Thing Soon

Well this is interesting. A Facebook page called New Scientist posted a 45-second-long video depicting an up-and-coming technological advancement, light-up tattoos. The way it works is simple (jk no it’s not but we can simplify it): electronic ink that syncs up with your smartphone, which controls when the tattoos turn on and off.

The tattoos are temporary and rub on via a damp piece of paper (like the ones you used as a kid), and they disappear within a few days. The tattoos link up to your phone and are triggered by your body’s movements.
