Kylie Jenner Wants You to Wear Your Sunscreen
As we countdown to summer, the beauty entrepreneur has an important message for us all.
Kylie Jenner has spent the past few days relaxing in luxury at mom Kris Jenner’s idyllic vacation house in Palm Springs – but the mogul took some time out of her schedule to promote sun safety (and a new product launch for Kylie Skin).
In a series of videos posted to her account, Jenner could be seen wearing a brown bikini and generously spraying herself with sunscreen. She captioned the post, “Wear your sunscreen.”
Interestingly, Jenner was not using her own sunscreen spray (she released a Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen Oil in July of last year) which was spotted by an eagle-eyed fan. When quizzed on why she wasn’t using her own product, Kylie said it was because of Kris’ lack of supply. “Ugh I’m out of town and my mom is a hater and doesn’t have any here,” the beauty entrepreneur responded. Regardless of the brand, we’re glad to see Jenner promoting sun safety to her 165 million followers.
During the trip, the Kylie Cosmetics founder also shared a sneak peek of an upcoming product launch that was very on theme. Jenner snapped a photo of a Kylie Skin Broad Spectrum SPF Face Sunscreen, captioning the image: “Shhh new product coming soon.”
There has been no further updates on when the sunscreen will be available however it is expected that it will drop ahead of the summer. Watch this space.
