Introducing Ice Cream Nails, Instagram’s Sweetest Beauty Trend
Temperatures may be rising but we’re keeping cool with Instagram’s latest beauty trend – everyone, meet ice cream nails.
Here’s the scoop (pun intended) on summer’s sweetest mani: #icecreamnails are fun, colourful and totally swoon-worthy. Oh, and did we mention they’re super easy to DIY? Unlike bracelet nails which can take hours to perfect at a salon, ice cream nails are simple to recreate.
Start by painting your nails beige. Then use a darker shade of brown to paint diagonal strokes across the lower half of your nail. Once that dries, use your fave pastel shades to paint dripping-like designs onto the tips (the messier the better!). And you can’t forget the cherry on top – complete the look by adding beads or small, colourful nail polish strokes to resemble sprinkles.
