It’s the beginning of the whirlwind that is Fashion Month (kicking off with NYFW, of course), and with that comes a big disruption in our attempt at living a healthy lifestyle. While it’s NBD if you decide to take a break from hitting the gym this week, you might want to kick-start the day, or re-energize before the after-parties, with this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Nike Global Master Trainer Utah Lee designed this Cardio Hustle (available Sept. 15 from Nike Training Club) so you can get a calorie-blasting, feel-good workout anytime, anyplace—all you need is your smartphone and square of space in your hotel room (or in Central Park).
To speed things up—because during fashion week, who has any time?!—Canada’s own Nike Master Trainer Eva Redpath chose her three favourite moves from this routine. Do each move for 60 seconds, and repeat the circuit four times. The boost of confidence you’ll get post-workout will have you owning the runways (or the front row).

Push-Up and Alternate Knee to Elbow If this move is too advanced, drop to your knees on the push-up, then push back up to your toes for the knee to elbow movement. Keep your core tight.
