The holiday season is an exciting time to play around with bold makeup looks. Classic reds, deep wines, and shimmery golds are all timeless staples, of course, but there is one very popular Christmas colour that seems to get neglected year after year: green! Why don’t more people wear green as part of their holiday makeup? The short answer is because it’s scary. But it doesn’t have to be! Step 1: Start out with an eye primer. (We used The Body Shop’s “Instablur™ Eye”). When working with a colour, a primer can help the colour show up more intensely and last longer. We’ve also added a matte white shadow (like “Strange” by Urban Decay) under the brow bone and in the corner of the inner eye.
