A Halloween ‘80s Makeup Tutorial Inspired By Netflix’s Glow

One of the best things about the Netflix show Glow, centered around a group of 1980s LA outcasts who audition for a wrestling show, was the wonderfully awful hair and makeup. We loved it so much we even interviewed makeup artist Lana Grossman about it. So obviously when it came time for Halloween makeup video ideas, we could think of no better look that would bring us pure, unbridled joy. We recruited Grace Lee, lead makeup artist for Maybelline NY to take us back in time, purple eyeshadow in hand, plugged in our hot rollers and off we went.
