Floral Eyeliner is Definitely the Prettiest Makeup Look for Spring

Spring has finally sprung, which means the sun is shining, the birds are chirping and the flowers are bloom...sort of. Since Canadian spring is notorious for being temperamental, we can never really know if the warmer temperatures and all that comes with it has truly arrived. What we can do, however, is update our makeup looks to reflect the new season.

One trend we’re all for this spring? Floral eyeliner, a.k.a. one of the prettiest makeup looks we’ve seen this season.

The intricate look involves painting tiny flowers on your upper lash line for a colourful, delicate spring-ready look. In a tutorial posted on Instagram, makeup artist Jordan Willis can be seen painting tiny dots on her lid by dipping a thin brush into Make Up For Ever’s flash palette, while using tape for added guidance.

The great thing about this look is it allows for plenty of creativity, especially with colours and eyeliner shape. You can even add colourful winged liner underneath the floral design for some added pop. And while it may not be the easiest or quickest look to achieve, at the very least, you’ll get a good ‘gram out of it.
