If you’ve ever watched a makeup tutorial on YouTube, chances are you’ve heard of a handful of very popular winged eyeliner hacks. It’s no secret that perfecting a cat eye is one of the toughest parts of doing your makeup, so of course, hacks are bound to exist to make the whole process easier.
