Crystal Lips Are the Most Dazzling Instagram Trend, Like Ever

Instagram beauty trends appear as often as a new M.A.C collaboration – there’s a new one on our radar every week. While they generally top each other in terms of wow factor, we’re seriously obsessed with the latest one. Introducing, crystal lips.

It’s no surprise that we already have a soft spot for lipstick art, but these bedazzled lips are next level. Riding the wave of Pat McGrath‘s crystal lip, NYC-based makeup artist Johannah (of @beyou.byjoh) was inspired by one of her own jewellery pieces, leading her to create the most epic lip jewellery to date. Since her first creation a couple of months ago, she’s been collaborating with other jewellers and consistently pushing out new designs. But crystals are not the only ethereal lip art out there. Gemstone lips, by Aussie-based artist Genevieve (of @genevievejauquet) are also getting a lot of Insta love as of late.
