At the TEDWomen 2015 Conference in Monterey, California, Jane Lauder, global brand president for Clinique, announced an exciting new partnership between the brand and TED. In  honour of their new campaign, #SmartIdeas, Clinique and TED are profiling three important women in the TED community to showcase the significant contributions of female innovators and entrepreneurs.

The three featured women, Jessica Matthews, Jane Chen and Erin Bagwell have impressive projects and accomplishments that Clinique and TED are celebrating, from starting organizations which aim to aid vulnerable children in developing countries, to directing a film about female entrepreneurs. You can learn more about these mega-talented women and their projects in the videos below.

With the help of TED, Clinique wants to encourage women all over the world to share their intelligence, ambition and creativity with their campaign, #SmartIdeas. This celebration of innovation and girl power invites women to share their ideas with Clinique, by submitting them to clinique.ca. The woman who submits most compelling idea will receive funding up to $20,000 to make her idea a reality. Plus, she will be given the opportunity to share her idea at the TEDWomen 2016 Conference. Who runs the world? Girls, of course.
