Grammy Awards 2018: Our Favourite Beauty Looks

Things kicked off in high gear on the Grammys red carpet when Lady Gaga was one of the first to arrive. Social media pretty much exploded at the sight of her, to say nothing of her hair, which was was a corset braid which, with her platinum hair, you could easily imagine on Daenerys Targaryen. Not far behind her was Lana Del Rey who wore a custom Gucci dress paired with a constellation of stars above her middle parted lob, which we’re positive was inspired by Hedy Lamarr.

And for Rihanna, Sza and our own Alessia Cara (who won Best New Artist) there no need to accessorize their hair when their bountiful curls were enough. Meanwhile Miley Cyrus, Chrissy Teigen and Rita Ora opted for soft waves but Ora amped up the glam level with a deep red lip. In other colour statements, Janelle Monae and Hailee Steinfeld (why was she there?) both used teal to make their eyes pop.
