Bubble liner is your next challenge if you’ve mastered a cat eye

As if doing a normal ol’ cat eye wasn’t hard enough, Instagram has introduced a new way to do makeup: bubble liner. The look involves dipping a round object into eyeliner and creating half-circles along your lash line and then filling them in, resulting in a squiggly line instead of the perfectly straight liner we’re used to. It’s easier said than done, for sure, and while we’re still not sold on the everyday wearability of the trend, we’re certainly intrigued by bubble liner.
