Ms. Knowles, who actually uses far choicer, more imperative words, is spinning Michael Jackson for a crowd that, by and large, is surrounding her older sister with an amphitheatre of phone cameras for Twitpic-ing purposes. The older sister in question is Beyoncé, naturally, and the crowd is packed into a tiny room at 15 Union Square—a glass-sheathed building, glowing with red light this particular evening—to fete the singer’s debut fragrance, Heat (from $59, at Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix).
