The inspiration for Lundström’s look was a “sophisticated, real Canadian women,” says artistic director for L’Oréal Paris Eddie Maleterre. Maleterre achieved this with minimal makeup—eyelids were coated with a light pearl shade, followed by Wear Infinité Eye Shadow in “Antique Brown,” which was blended from the lash line up.

Brown eyeliner was used to contour, and black mascara added a contrast to the subtle shades. Instead of blush, which “can be too sparkly,” Maleterre says, a dark compact powder was used for a matte finish on cheeks. The look was complete with creamy, rosy lips with a touch of gloss on top.

Lead hair artist for L’Oréal Paris Eric Del Monaco wanted “high-quality hair” to match the equally luxe fabrics. After blow-drying hair using a large-barrel brush, Del Monaco spritzed hairspray onto medium sized sections. Then, The bottom half of the hair was then curled with a wide-barrel curling iron. A small amount of Architect Wax on the ends finished the look.
