ColourPop is Collaborating With Super Famous Instagram Model Alexis Ren

We’re barely one month into 2017 but the beauty world is already blessing us with some pretty amazing collaborations.

M.A.C. announced its new influencer-driven collab last week, while Jaclyn Hill revealed she has teamed up with Morphe Brushes to create a special eyeshadow palette. And now, ColourPop Cosmetics is making beauty junkies everywhere go crazy with their upcoming collaboration with Instagram star, Alexis Ren.

The 20-year-old model revealed the news to her 7.7 million (!) followers on the platform that made her famous, but kept mum about details surrounding the upcoming collaboration, letting the picture do the talking.

A quick peruse through Ren’s feed shows that she teased the collaboration just one month ago, sporting a killer highlight and red lip by makeup artist Patrick Ta (we’re guessing these are two items we can expect from the collection).

While Alexis has dabbled in the beauty world before (she teamed up with L’Oreal Paris for Paris Fashion Week last year), she’s more known for her sexy bikini photos, where she sports barely-there makeup and beachy waves.

Still, that doesn’t mean Ren’s foray into the beauty world is unwarranted (which she was quick to tell a Twitter user who questioned her “beauty guru” status).

And by the looks of it, the Alexis’ fans are really excited about the collab.
