Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard’s Baby-Care Line is Now Available in Canada

Hello Bello, the couple’s plant-based line of diapers, shampoo, baby wipes and more, launches today.

When it comes to all-natural, organic, eco-friendly versions of any household staple, chances are they fall under the “splurge” rather than “save” category. Which is why golden couple Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard decided to launch an affordable line of plant-based baby products that wouldn’t break the bank. That line, Hello Bello, hit Walmart stores across the United States this past spring and as of today, is now available in Canada.

“I’m so excited that we are launching Hello Bello in Canada,” Shepard said in a press release. “I’ve had so many interactions on social media with our friends from the North about making Hello Bello available, and now the time is finally here. And selfishly I’m happy that I won’t have to pack shampoo and wipes on my next trip to Toronto. I’ll pick them up there!"

The plant-based line will be available for purchase at HelloBella.ca and includes everything from diapers and baby wipes to shampoo, lotion and laundry detergent. Products range in price from from $1.25 to $26.99, with a majority retailing under $10. While access to high-quality, eco-friendly products was a cinch for Bell and Shepard’s own children, they were acutely aware that for most parents it isn’t so easy. Hello Bello is their attempt to democratize baby products so that parents don’t have to make the tough choice between what’s good for their baby and what’s good for their budget.

“We both grew up really modest in Michigan,” Shepard says in an introductory video for the brand, “and now we’re in a position to give our kids a pretty great lifestyle. We’ve been able to buy them the best stuff that is out there for them, organic stuff, natural stuff, plant-based stuff. And it just occurred to us that this is kind of unfair that these products aren’t widely available at an affordable price.”

“It seems fair that every parent should be able to give their children the healthiest stuff,” adds Bell. “So we wanted to create a line that was super healthy for the kids and also accessible to everyone.”
