With the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics underway, there’s no better time to reflect on my workout routine (or lack thereof) while I sit on the couch and cheer on our athletes.
A couple months ago we visited Team Canada Ice Dance partners Piper Gilles and Paul Poirier at the Canadian Sports Institute Ontario to learn about their gym routine as they prepare for the Olympics.
