Beyond the Spritz: 5 Ways to Drink Aperol Now That Summer is Over

Savour the summer by carrying your Aperol obsession into sweater season.

According to the New York Times, a viral Campari marketing campaign, and just about everyone on your Instagram feed, the Aperol Spritz was the drink of summer 2018. In case you somehow missed out on the hype, here’s a refresher: the bubbly, electric-orange potion is made with the Italian aperitif prosecco (or whatever cheap sparkling wine you can find at the liquor store) and a splash of club soda. We’ve got exactly five answers to that very important query. From a simple Georgian Bay/Aperol mixed drink to a beer-based cocktail, here are a few ways you can take your Aperol obsession into sweater season.
