It’s that time of the year again: Only a few more days until Toronto’s annual Pride Parade, which means all of your favourite fitness studios will be offering special classes leading up to the event. Here, a few Pride-themed workout classes in the city to get your sweat on at before hitting up Sunday’s Parade.

6ix Cycle

BOLO

On Friday, June 21, Bolo will be holding an evening Pride Bootcamp event, with proceeds going to charity. A minimum $10 donation is required, as is a brightly coloured gym kit. Oh, and there will also be face-painting and a photobooth. (bodyloveinc.com)

There will also be a Pride Parade class at 8 a.m. (King) on the day of the event. (soul-cycle.com)

Spinco

All three of Spinco’s Toronto locations will be hosting pre-Pride classes. On June 20, catch the 40-minute express lunchtime class downtown, taught by Dana O’Born. On June 21, two Pride classes are slated: Amanda Ritch’s 9:30 a.m. (Summerhill) and Maxie Richman’s 5:30 p.m. (Uptown). Classes on the day of the parade will be held at 10:30 a.m. at both Downtown (taught by Brianna Winford) and Summerhill (led by Justin Scott). (spinco.ca)
