Why’d you have to go and make things so complicated, Maryam? After delayed passports, missed shoots, a gecko and a torn dress, the judges finally cut our sentimental favourite loose.
Which part of this experience was the most fun? Which was the most stressful? “The fun part was doing photo shoots and the most stressful is the elimination and standing there and getting judged.”
Anything you wish you could do over? “I wouldn’t do anything over. I tried my best.”
Do you think it was your turn to go? If not, who should have gone? “I think it was my turn. I thought that I deserved to be top 3 but top 4 is good, too. I’m happy.”
Are you still planning to pursue a career in modeling? I’m planning to go back to school and send my portfolio to the agencies that I like and see what happens.
