Kim Kardashian West Teams Up With Canadian Model Winnie Harlow for KKW Beauty
Kim Kardashian West has secured our dollars, yet again.
Since launching KKW Beauty in 2017, Kim Kardashian West has teamed up her longtime makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic, GlamMasters winner Argenis Pinal and sister Kylie Jenner on various collections. And now, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star (who recently renamed her upcoming shapewear line) has tapped Canadian model Winnie Harlow for her latest collaboration.
Kim announced the collaboration back in June of this year on an episode of KUWTK, however, the collection was only unveiled for the first time today. It includes a 12-pan eyeshadow palette, a highlighter duo and three glosses. Taking to Instagram to let her fans know when the collection will drop, Kim wrote that Winnie “is someone I admire and respect so much. She’s the definition of a true beauty.”
Winnie was equally thrilled about the announcement and Kim’s approach to the collection, writing, “I’m so excited to announce my new KKW X WINNIE collection!!! Thank you @kimkardashian for allowing me to be free in my creativity. Thank you for calling me and asking my opinion on everything to do with this collaboration.”
In response to Winnie’s post, Kim commented, “You put so much work in with each shade and texture. I can’t wait for everyone to try this collection. They will love it! I couldn’t have had a better partner! Love you.”
Fellow models Maria Borges, Leomie Anderson, Alexina Graham and Jourdan Dunn congratulated the former America’s Next Top Model contestant on the collaboration. So too did Millie Bobby Brown (a self-professed KUWTK fan who just recently launched her own line of cosmetics) and Little Mix’s Leigh-Anne Pinnock.
KKW Beauty has helped bolster Kim’s personal fortune (which according to Forbes currently sits around $350 million), with the brand reporting more than $100 million in sales last year alone. Prior to this collection, she has also released sets themed around her Met Gala look, her wedding day beauty look and the 90s.
KKW Beauty x Winnie launches next week on Friday September 13 at 3pm (ET time) at kkwbeauty.com.
