Celestial Beauty: The Out-of-This-World Trend We’re Obsessed With
So ✨magical✨.

Perhaps it’s our fascination with astrology and crystals (or the fact that we can’t get The Weeknd’s “Starboy” out of our heads), but when it comes to anything star-related, we’re on board.
And it seems as though the beauty world shares our obsession, with celestial beauty still going strong on and off the runway.
At Dior’s spring/summer 2017 couture show on Monday, models were seen sporting tiny star tears — an updated take on the glitter tears seen on Burberry Prorsum’s autumn/winter 2016 runway and worn by Suki Waterhouse and Elle Fanning on the red carpet.
Tiny gold and matte black stickers were applied either at the centre corner of the models’ eyes or directly centered underneath the lash line, and a sprinkling of “‘stardust’ shower[s]” on the cheekbones added to the otherworldly look by Dior makeup creative director Peter Philips.
On Instagram, we’re seeing celestial beauty in all forms — glitter roots, galaxy nails and starry lips (which Coco Rocha donned during our cover shoot for our upcoming #IRLvsURL issue).
