This Sparkle-Heavy Collaboration is Arriving Just in Time for the Holidays

Even though summer’s only just starting to fizzle out, we’re already looking forward to a season full of holiday parties–and it looks like Topshop is too. At the end of the day, what says party more than sequins? And nobody does sequins better than Halpern, the New York-based brand known for their glitzy 70s-inspired looks.

Michael Halpern, a graduate of the prestigious Central Saint Martins, made his debut only last year at London Fashion Week and already, he’s secured a partnership with one of the most popular “high-street” brands. Topshop x Halpern debuts early this November and we’re sure it’s going to sell out fast.

The new collection will give you disco fever at a mere fraction of Halpern’s usual prices. And with 28 pieces, there’s sure to be something for everyone.

“I want the whole world to feel as glam as possible, and this type of collaboration is a fantastic way to accomplish that,” said Halpern in a press statement.

If the looks are anything like what Halpern has shown in the past, we’re pretty sure that looking glam won’t be an issue. It’s the reason the young brand already has a fan base that includes celebs like Amal Clooney, Lupita Nyong’o, Diane Kruger and Marion Cotillard.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with Michael; especially at such an exciting time in his career,” Anthony Cuthbertson, Global Design Director of Topshop said. “Our capsule embodies the disco spirit and signature feminine silhouettes he is renowned for.”

The collection drops this November, so make sure to mark your calendars because this year, christmas is coming early–or at least your favourite festive outfits are.
