TIFF 2014: Chloe Grace Moretz breaks out the Dior Couture on The Equalizer red carpet

It’s day five of TIFF 2014 and the celeb action shows no sign of halting anytime soon. Case in point: Last night’s premiere of the thrilling, action-packed The Equalizer at Roy Thompson Hall brought a couple of our fave A-list stars (hey, Denzel Washington!) to our doorstep. But as much as we love to talk about how spiffy the men looked in their suits, we were pretty occupied by the glitz and glam the female stars were bringing to the red carpet.
The ladies’ alter egos may call for a more promiscuous wardrobe in the film, but Haley Bennett and Chloe Grace Moretz looked anything but that. Both donning strapless gowns in pastel colours, these two rising stars naturally outshone their male co-stars. While Bennett chose a powerdery-pink and grey satin dress by Ulyana Sergeenko, Moretz was equally as captivating in Dior. The young starlet, who has been topping our best-dressed lists time after time, knocked it out of the park once again in this elegant embroidered off-white and ark blue silk couture dress. While we hear the young actress may have had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction minutes prior to the premiere, being a professional that we know she is, she handled it with grace (pun intended) and we didn’t even notice a thing. Is it too soon to start another batch of top 10 best-dressed ladies at TIFF? We think not.
