The annual Well Dressed for Spring Fashion Show has grown into one of Toronto’s more inspiring fundraising events. The ticketed shopping night, hosted by Holt Renfrew and Women in Capital Markets, begins with a fashion show featuring cancer survivors, or those affected by the illness of a loved one, on the runway. Last week’s event, held at Holt Renfrew on Bloor, helped raise funds for the Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation.
Wellspring is a network of community-based cancer support centres that offer services to people living with cancer. During the past year, more than 4,200 people visited a Wellspring centre for supportive care during their cancer experience.
