Sports are getting a stylish makeover this summer. While arenas and fields have never exactly been the perfect place to show off your chicest looks, that’s all set to change. With three huge events in full force this month, we’ve compiled must-wear lists to ensure you’re looking your best come event day. From dancing the night away at Calgary Stampede to glamming it up at Toronto’s Queen’s Plate, and of course, cheering on your favourite World Cup team at a viewing party, we’ve got your wardrobe covered. Who said fashion girls don’t do sports?

To start off, saddle up! Calgary Stampede starts July 4th, and last year’s attendees brought their fashion A-games. Because Stampede style is way more than just the classic Canadian tux, we urge you to get creative with your outfits for a country-chic look. Want to turn heads at the rodeo or stun while dancing at Stampede’s famous Nashville North music tent? We’ve got your cowboy hats, boots and everything in between.

Over in Toronto, the 155th Queen’s Plate is happening this Sunday, July 6th! You can attend a vintage-inspired garden party, presented in collaboration with Rethink Breast Cancer,  which invites guests to attend the Woodbine Race Track for a day of wining, dining and (hopefully) winning at Queen’s Plate. Supporters and style-questrians are urged to look the part, and we’ve got tea dresses and derby hats to die for.

Moving from the horse track to the soccer field, pull out some stylish World Cup garb to watch the world’s hottest athletes battle it out. Designer collabs have hit an all-time high this year, with Charlotte Olympia, Kate Spade and even Karl Lagerfeld getting in on the World Cup action. BC’s Commodore Ballroom is hosting a massive final viewing party and it’s sure to be a hit. Wear these pieces there (or wherever your final WC party might be) and the game won’t be the only thing impressing die-hard soccer fans.
