Detmar Blow, husband of the late fashion legend Isabella Blow has written a memoir of her life, Blow by Blow, to be released September 2nd (November 9 in the U.S.). A sample from the book, on Blow and milliner Philip Treacey‘s relationship: “They quickly developed an intense and creative relationship that he later likened to ‘having an affair with no sex’.” [Vogue UK]

A survey conducted by Scientific American that explores the psychological effects of wearing counterfeit goods (thus reading into handbags more than most fashion editors) shows that those who wear fake designer items are more likely to lie and cheat. [Racked]
Turns out, Tommy Ton is a big fan of SingStar, a game for Playstation that’s kind of like karaoke 2.0. “I had a SingStar party in Paris last month. The police came twice or three times.
