Earlier this week Jennifer Lopez’s nail artist Tom Bachik shared a series of photos of this year’s Super Bowl halftime headliner sporting a bold neon manicure for her NBC series World of Dance. First, JLo could be seen with a neon yellow hue—comparable to a tennis ball—which was achieved with Kiara Sky Professional Nails’ “New Yolk City.” As her unofficial nail fairy godparent, Bachik then crafted a second look for the evening with a vibrant pink polish called “Socialite” from Tammy Taylor’s Champagne and Diamonds Soulmates collection.
Inventive nail designs and out-of-the-box colours have gained popularity in recent years, with everything from cool fluffy clouds to coloured french tips making an appearance on hands.
